When do I die? Normally human being lives about 80 years. I lived for half of whole my life in my country,Korea until last year and then moved to U.S.
We want to take a chance to live here. We are 4 people, live in Pasadena, CA. We have own america dreams. My two daughters want to play sports during their school, Excuse me you don't understand. In my contry it is hard to play any sports duing the school as normal students, and also get a better opportunity to study and get a job.
Getting some exciting things are my dreams. When i was marriage, it was so busy and happy to work and take care of my 2 kids. And now my 2 kids still need my hands, but not much. So sad. But it is ok. I just want to rescue to such a boring life. I am very interested in learning some newer or excited things. I leanred a flower arrangement before i came here. And these days, have taken some English classes in PCC, CA. Those make me happy and get a motivation to me. Life is good. I am not young any more but i can have a chance to learn a foreign language, English in U.S. How excited and nice of me !

Making a Kimchi
Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented dish which is made of vegetables. There are many kind of Kimchi and variety way of making in my country. Before you get made, make sure you have the following ingredients :
a white cabbage, half radish, half green onion, 1 cup salt, 5 garlics, quarter ginger, pickled shrimp sauce , pickled anchovy sauce , 1 cup ground red pepper, 1 S sugar, 1.5S flour, 100cc water.
First of all we put some salt into the white cabbage. Salted cabbage is very importance for Kimchi's taste. And then blend the garlics, ginger, pickled shrimp, picked anchovy. We need shred radish, onion and green onion. We make a glutinous past with flour and water. Finally we all mix together. Let them normal temperature at least 1 day and after putting them in the refrigerator. Following these step will have making Kimchi is easier than thinking.
