Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented dish which is made of vegetables. There are many kind of Kimchi and variety way of making in my country. Before you get made, make sure you have the following ingredients :
a white cabbage, half radish, half green onion, 1 cup salt, 5 garlics, quarter ginger, pickled shrimp sauce , pickled anchovy sauce , 1 cup ground red pepper, 1 S sugar, 1.5S flour, 100cc water.
First of all we put some salt into the white cabbage. Salted cabbage is very importance for Kimchi's taste. And then blend the garlics, ginger, pickled shrimp, picked anchovy. We need shred radish, onion and green onion. We make a glutinous past with flour and water. Finally we all mix together. Let them normal temperature at least 1 day and after putting them in the refrigerator. Following these step will have making Kimchi is easier than thinking.

Hello!! I have waited this recipe because I realy like eating Kimchi. When I visited Korea, I learnd how to make Kimchi with my friend. It was my first experience to make Kimchi. At that time, we put some pear into the Kimchi. I was surprised that fruit can be put into the Kimchi. This time, I was surprised too because I did not know that put glutinous into the Kimchi. I think that Kimch might have an awful lot of way to make it. I think now it is good seeson making Kimchi isn't it? I want to eat Kimchi!!!
